What Nordic Accept return
Nordic Smith offers a 15-day hassle-free return policy for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Customized items can't be returned unless defective, and customers cover return shipping unless the item is incorrect or damaged. To initiate a return, contact assist@nordicsmith.com with your order number, and follow the provided instructions. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection, and exchanges are allowed within the return window, subject to availability.
